We use integrative wellness services designed to help restore harmony within the body and the energetic field that surrounds it. Our detoxing services are designed to assist the body in releasing stored toxins, environmental stressors, and energetic blockages focusing on relaxation as a nervous-system ritual. The detoxification is met with a sensory grounding experience. The warm foot bath provides parasympathetic nervous system activation while increasing vagal tone and temporarily providing an increase in circulation to the feet.
